Position Duties
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights to support business strategies.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Use statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze data and provide predictive insights.
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings in a clear and organized manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis.
- Administer access rights to various software applications and serve as superuser.
- Serve as liaison to vendors and Toho IT department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
