Duties

Prepares Scopes of Work for repairs and minor construction at medical facilities (hospitals, medical centers, research facilities) for the Defense Health Agency and Army Medical Command.,Develops Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Statements of work for design and assessment projects, including master planning, renovations, additions, and new minor construction.,Prepares design fee estimates and collaborates with cost estimators on construction cost estimates.,Acts as technical representative during the negotiation and administration of contracts.,Develops Performance Work Statements (PWS) for O and M projects at medical facilities (e.g., hospitals, research centers) under the Defense Health Agency.,Supports cost estimators in creating cost estimates for O and M contracts.,Prepares cost estimates for repair service orders related to corrective maintenance.
