What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the Classroom – Craft meaningful learning experiences
- Building Bonds – Connect deeply with children and their families
- Creating Calm – Foster a safe, welcoming, and happy environment
Must-Haves:
- At least 18 years old
- Education: CDA, college coursework, or degree in Early Childhood Education
- DCF 45 hours completed and active
- 2–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Certifications: CPR & First Aid
- Background Check: Must pass
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
