Who You Are
You will be the Control Account Manager, Staff member for the F-16 Production programs within Global Supply Chain (GSC) team.
What You Will Be Doing
Our team is responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from beginning to end, operating in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to deliver quality products on-time, to our customers.
We oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
We'll also review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Finally, we'll develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) processes
• Experience implementing change to improve processes
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations
Desired skills
• CAM Trained
• Knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR
• Risk and Opportunity Management knowledge
• Experience reviewing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Experience working in Cobra and Empower
• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
• Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
