Your responsibilities
• Coordinates the service schedule
• Proposes technical solutions and coordinates with customers, supports the customer in all technical aspects of the system
• Advises the customer regarding sales of spare parts and consumables
• Creates system documentation
• Manages, instructs and leads Field Technicians and Service Engineers
• Administrative work (data entry in data base, reports, etc.)
