In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and engaging candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You’ll play a key part in supporting our growing organization, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring every candidate walks away with a great impression of who we are.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Own the recruitment process from start to finish — requisitions, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand each department’s unique needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Write compelling job postings that tell our story and attract top talent across job boards, social media, and other creative channels.
- Source proactively using networking, referrals, and professional associations — you know where to find great people.
- Engage candidates thoughtfully, conducting initial interviews and guiding them through every stage of the process.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to prepare offers, manage approvals, and oversee pre-onboarding steps.
- Maintain organization through accurate tracking in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reporting on key recruiting metrics.
- Represent the brand at career fairs, networking events, and through employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements that strengthen our overall talent strategy.
