Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000
** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.
Overview: Are you passionate about data integrity, security, and process improvement? We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Manager / Data Transfer Specialist to manage and maintain system documentation, and facilitate secure data transfers between classified and unclassified networks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, accountability, and timely delivery of sensitive program data.

Security Clearance Requirements:
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct secure transfers of data between program networks.
- Identify, control, account for, and verify program information and devices.
- Track and coordinate data items to be controlled for the program.
- Manage the process for developing and controlling data item configuration information.
- Oversee deliverable data products required by customer contracts and supplier subcontracts.
- Establish and maintain program libraries, controlling access to sensitive information.
- Maintain program document lists and document trees.
- Review data management plans for compliance.
- Coordinate program document releases and prepare data for program reviews.
- Provide templates for documents and presentations.
- Generate data management reports and metrics for program leads.
- Recommend and participate in continuous process improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of document control/data management or related experience.
- Experience maintaining spreadsheets and/or databases.
- Experience controlling hardcopy documents, media, and devices (badges, tokens, etc.).
- Experience coordinating document/media/equipment authorizations and releases.
- Knowledge of access control and accountability protocols for sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work an 8:00am–4:00pm shift, Monday–Friday.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience managing security/classification data and documents.
- Experience in a SAFe Agile development environment.
