The hourly wage range is $25.10 - $36.29. Wage is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The pay range listed above is base pay; this position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as shift differential (applied to all evening and weekend hours).

Shift: Monday - Friday / Day Shift
Location: Remote (after initial training at the corporate office in Lynnwood, Washington).
The ideal candidate will provide consistent, accurate, and timely provider credentialing and licensing support for the professional services corporation, enhancing the company’s ability to provide professional services to patients at multiple hospital and clinic locations. Provide insight to credentialing leadership on the integration of credentialing with Radia’s Operations Center processes and procedures.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review existing data in credentialing platform for accuracy and update variances.
- Provide insight to credentialing leadership on Radia’s Operations Center.
- Update & maintain accurate information on credentialing platform.
- Update & maintain accurate naming conventions in Credentialing Z Drive.
- Organize Value Steam Mapping for Credentialing & Licensure Department.
- Assists in ensuring policies and procedures are current.
- Work with leadership and participate in preparation of new credentialing software.
- Ensures that competing priorities are balanced.
- Provides staff training on new systems.
- Additional tasks as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in Radia’s Operations Center at a high level of performance
- Credentialing certification preferred; ongoing education encouraged.
- Knowledge, or acquisition, of medical credentialing and privileging procedures and standards and Out of State Medical Board Licensure application process, preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required or must be obtained within 2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
