We’re looking for a curious, data-driven Product Specialist to help us design, build, and enhance innovative digital and banking products that make managing money simpler, smarter, and more human.

 

As part of our Product & Projects Management team, you’ll collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and business leaders to deliver next-generation lending, banking, and payments experiences. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you’ll turn insights into strategy, and strategy into products that delight customers and drive measurable impact.

💡 What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and delivery of new and enhanced banking and payments products.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and product metrics to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to identify emerging trends and inform strategy.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to bring ideas to life, from concept to launch.
  • Participate in testing and QA to ensure every release meets our high standards for reliability and performance.
  • Maintain detailed product documentation, including feature guides and release notes.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, helping teams successfully launch new capabilities.
  • Support the product portfolio roadmap and recommend enhancements based on data and customer needs.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for your assigned products, understanding features, benefits, and pricing.

 

🧩 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, or Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, product management, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable delivering results in a matrixed, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.

 

🌟 Bonus Points For

  • Experience in retail or digital banking, lending, or payments product management.
  • Familiarity with Mastercard reporting tools, principal membership agreements, or incentive enrollment.
  • Experience supporting branch or customer-facing teams in a banking or fintech environment.
  • Proficiency with modern product and data tools such as:
    • Jira (writing user stories, prioritizing backlog items)
    • Excel / Power BI (analyzing customer and product performance data)
    • Monday.com (translating roadmap milestones into actionable projects)
    • PowerPoint (crafting clear and compelling GTM or stakeholder presentations)
    • SurveyMonkey (conducting market or customer research)
  • A passion for learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
