Based in sunny Southern California, our Retail Support Center (RSC) is the heart of our corporate operations, dedicated to supporting both our retail and online stores. Position Summary

The Sr. Project Manager will lead multiple cross-functional technology and business projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role drives the full project lifecycle from planning to execution while improving processes, managing risks, and partnering with teams across IT, Operations, and other departments to achieve company goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

·       Manager and deliver multiple projects at any given time with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

 

·       Develop and lead a detailed project timeline and work plan.

 

·       Defining new process and workflows that improve efficiency of Delivery team, utilize previous project management experience and adjust process according to company needs and structure.

·       Own full project life cycle: define, manage, and execute project activities including adherence to delivery schedules, stakeholder, scope and risk management, budget control, and critical path scheduling. 

 

·       The ability to present to all levels within the company and work with both technical and non-technical individuals, as this role is immersed within cross-functional teams.

 

·        Maintain/balance schedule to deliver requested projects on time and prioritize based on business goals. 

 

·       Organize and efficient multitaskers with excellent time management skills.

 

·       Adheres to best practice project management methodology and PMO standards.

 

·       Communicate project results, landmarks, risks, and dependencies to collaborators in a timely manner.

 

·       Proactive engagement with partners and task owners to ensure efficient project completion.

 

·       Status reporting to track project progress against goals, objectives, and timelines.


Qualifications

Your experience brings:

·       Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in a software development pm role

 

·       6 years of experience in a role managing the development and implementation of business process and software development projects

 

·       6 years of experience in a role managing a project team of at least 6 membrs from multiple business units or geographic locations

 

·       Experience leading projects to successful outcomes

 

·       Proven leadership, staff management, and development skills

 

·       Experience defining workflows and processes in Fast Paced, Agile & Distributed model

 

·       Manage of risks and issues to develop and drive completion of risk and issue action plans to mitigate impact to schedule and budget

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

·       Excellent Facilitation and Executive Management skills

 

·       Prior Experience in retail and/or ecommerce companies

 

·       Strong ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional (technical and business users) team

 

·       Strong meeting management skills to actively engage participants in productive work sessions

 

·       Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership

 

·       Willingness to step outside the PM role when needed

 

·       Ability to work proactively and effectively in a fast-paced environment

 

·       Able to quickly learn specifics about our industry including operations and business processes, retail environments, etc.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or Business Administration; or equivalent technical experience is required.

 

  • Minimum 6 years of full life cycle business analysis experience including working independently on large, complex projects that deliver or enhance production software systems.

 

  • Exposure to Project Life Cycle Management and/or Systems Development Life Cycle

 

  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, distribution center, omni-channel systems, preferred

Compensation

Annual Range: $125K-$135K 
Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.


What to Expect

Schedule: Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons.
Work Location: Irvine, CA — minimum of 4 days per week in-office.
