Dent Wizard is seeking a Lead Automotive Detailer to join our team in Bluffton, SC. If you’re passionate about cars, have an eye for detail, and enjoy leading a team, this is your chance to shine! We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and a clear path for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact at the work location.
Provide quality control for all services and consolidate technician work into one invoice.
Coach and mentor other technicians.
Clean and refurbish vehicles to meet Dent Wizard’s high standards.
Perform thorough exterior cleaning, washing, waxing, and polishing.
Clean and detail interiors including upholstery, carpets, and windows.
Apply protective finishes and inspect vehicles for defects.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
2+Automotive detailing experience required
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
Work in various environments including shops and outdoors.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$40,000 - $50,000/YearWe offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
