We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Life Enhancement Coordinator with a holistic approach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, particularly in a TCU environment. This role is designed for an individual who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities through innovative programming and personalized support. As the Life Enhancement Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Shift: Day shift (Full-Time) 

Wage: $18.00–$23.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate engaging group and one-on-one wellness activities that support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
• Collaborate with the Life Enhancement Director and interdisciplinary teams across Skilled Nursing and TCU settings to plan, implement, and evaluate person-centered care plans
• Lead dynamic, adaptive programs that enhance the quality of life for residents with memory loss and dementia
• Complete required documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and quarterly updates

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with seniors

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
