Job Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.

Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support that drives the client experience for Wealth Management advisory and Private Bank partners and their clients. 

The Business Operations Management group provides multi-disciplinary horizontal support for Wealth Management Operations business priorities and deliverables.

Within the Business Operations Management group, the Workforce Enablement team specializes in creating and continuously improving processes and routines to cultivate a highly skilled workforce aligned with WMO priorities.  Currently, our primary focus areas are modernizing WMO's horizontal hiring processes and content, delivering best in class onboarding experiences, modernizing role specific training tools and practices, and enabling career mobility for the WMO Workforce.  Our focus areas evolve over time based on routine analyses and needs assessments.

Required Skills:

  • An end-to-end understanding of best practices in hiring and career planning for a defined body of work supporting a defined set of products and services

  • An end-to-end understanding of the Bank of America's training capabilities and best practices

  • Ability to design horizontal processes and routines that balance the needs of multiple lines of businesses with an output that provides value-add and delivers required consistency.

  • Excellent written communication skills to develop and maintain content following project need requirements, meeting audience needs and in compliance with style guidelines

  • Ability to create interesting presentations that can simplify complex information and able to present the information both formally and informally to large and small audiences of all levels of the organization.

  • Create complex project plans for multiple lines of businesses that includes developing reporting that effectively communicates project timelines, deliverables, and overall status.

This position is currently located at 901 Main Street, Dallas, TX but will relocate to the Addison campus at 16001 N Dallas Parkway in mid 2026. Successful candidate(s) for this role would be required to work in the Main Street location until the move to Addison occurs.
