We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Compensation team at Mercer. This role will report through the Atlanta office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Senior Analyst Rewards/Compensation Consultant, you will help companies of all sizes and across all industries solve their greatest challenges by designing and implementing workforce strategies that attract and retain top talent.

We will count on you to:

• Work on multiple client projects across industries and specialty areas

• Perform data analysis

• Effectively synthesize information or data to craft clear and concise narratives that support project objectives

• Develop communications strategies to increase employee education and engagement around benefits and total rewards programs

• Perform compensation benchmarking, job architecture design and executive compensation

• Design, implement, and maintain digital solutions that optimize user experience, including employee-facing benefits/HR websites and knowledge management systems

• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs that address clients’ attraction and retention needs

• Manage client projects, maintaining strong external and internal communication, and developing timelines. 

What you need to have:

•   Bachelor’s degree.

• 1-2 years' relevant work experience in human resources/management consulting with a professional services firm.
