About Gordon Brothers 

Gordon Brothers is a global advisory, restructuring, and investment firm specializing in asset valuation and disposition. Our Brands team works across the consumer product sector looking at investment and lending opportunities globally. 

Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Brands team in Boston for Summer 2026. This internship offers exposure to deal financial analysis on potential acquisitions, market strategy research, and project execution in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support deal team on active deals through providing analytical support

  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting

  • Help develop process improvements and contribute to operational playbooks

  • Project based market research on potential add-on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies

  • Prepare presentations and summaries for internal and client-facing use

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance; rising Juniors and Seniors preferred 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
