Operations Coordinator Location: Windsor, COType: Direct HireSalary: $45,000 – $54,000 (Based on Experience)A growing logistics and construction support company is seeking a sharp, hands-on Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day yard and sales operations. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that’s ideal for a recent graduate in construction management, logistics, or a related field looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Support yard operations and logistics teams from an on-site container office

Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and equipment tracking

Maintain and organize key data using Excel and other tools

Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Assist both the Yard Manager (operationally) and Director of Sales (administratively)

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Excel skills — able to manage and manipulate data efficiently

Comfortable working in a rugged, on-site environment (container office)

Excellent multitasking and communication skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (Construction Management or related field a plus)

Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
