We are looking for an Inventory Control Analyst. This role is best suited for someone with a passion for supply chain management involving physical tracking, forecasting metrics, planning and data analysis for the inventory department. This position is located in Jacksonville, FL.

Essential Job Functions

- Support supply chain/logistics in the development of an improved vehicle distribution model. This would include preparing a unit volume forecast for top-selling vehicles, measurement of performance against those forecasts, determining re-order needs, and placing orders with manufacturers under the direction of the inventory manager.
- Support inventory management research and interface with dealership teams on findings as needed
- Coordinate, track, and review RV inventory to ensure accurate field inventory levels

- Transportation coordination: Book freight for the RVs from the manufacturers and between dealerships. As well as oversee pooling efforts to ensure "just in time" delivery of various models, problem-solving when issues arise and coordination of transport for special events.
- Support inventory team with tasks as assigned
- Performing data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and metrics reporting to optimize inventory placement
Qualifications
- Education:
- 4-year degree in supply chain management/business/accounting/finance or related field preferred
- License & Certifications:
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of analyst experience with a strong understanding of basic forecasting principles
- PowerBI, or similar, experience preferred
- Abilities:
- Must be adaptable to changing needs of the business
- Must be a good fit culturally with the business
- Ability prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent oral, written communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel
- Knowledge or ability to learn and use company system applications, such as Motility, PowerBI, and other software as applicable
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
- Ability to work primarily in a climate-controlled environment
- Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports
- Requires sitting for long periods of time as well as stooping, bending, and minimal lifting (up to 20 pounds)
