Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our Revenue Management team as a Pricing Analyst. This role will provide essential administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Pricing team, helping ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, analytical acumen, and a collaborative mindset.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the      Director of Revenue Management and other pricing team members.
  • Assist in organizing, scheduling, and conducting weekly      pricing calls with Regional and Property Managers.
  • Clearly communicate pricing strategies and gather      actionable feedback.
  • Monitor market positioning and recommend pricing      adjustments based on performance and competitive trends.
  • Implement changes to floor rents, renewal pricing, and      other revenue-related settings.
  • Training and user support for software platforms
  • Utilize internal reporting tools to support revenue and      budget goals.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for system and      reporting improvements.

Requirements

Education: 

  • College Degree or equivalent (preferably in Business, Accounting or Real Estate Management) preferred.  


Experience: 

  • Two to three years of multifamily property experience
  • Revenue management experience (LRO) helpful.


Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to create effective support documentation.
  • Strong organizational and support skills.
  • Experience with price optimization software a plus.
  • Experience with the MRI Residential Management software suite a plus.
  • Proficiency in using common business software including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn and perform duties with supervision.
