The Opportunity

Ready to launch your career in learning and development while making a real impact? Join M3 as a Learning & Development Intern, where you'll dive headfirst into the dynamic world of corporate training and organizational development.

This isn't your typical internship – you'll be a vital part of our L&D team, supporting innovative learning programs while gaining hands-on experience across HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. As a key contributor to our Learning Management System and training initiatives, you'll help shape the learning journey of our talented workforce.

 

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Transform our training content library by purging outdated materials and building an organized, client-facing course catalog that drives engagement
  • Collaborate with Accelerate facilitators to refresh and modernize training content, ensuring our programs stay cutting-edge and relevant
  • Take ownership of annual training refreshes, updating branding and content to maintain M3's professional standards
  • Support the planning and execution of our Fall 2026 Leadership Summit, contributing to high-impact leadership development
  • Streamline our learning ecosystem by identifying and sunsetting underutilized courses based on data-driven insights
  • Gain cross-functional experience by supporting HR Operations and Talent Acquisition initiatives, building a well-rounded skill set
  • Develop your professional presence through Gavel Club participation and mentorship opportunities with industry leaders

 

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated academic success
  • Currently pursuing a junior or senior year at a 4-year college or university in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eagerness to learn new technology platforms including LMS systems
  • Genuine interest in learning and development, training, or human resources with a passion for helping others grow
