This is a position in an inpatient hospital pharmacy. Under general supervision, is responsible for the efficient and accurate provision of pharmaceuticals, supplies, and drug information in accordance with established standards of practice. Duties may be performed in one or more areas of the Medical Center, including Patient Care Areas and the Pharmacy. Assumes responsibility for all drug distribution, clinical, educational, and research activities regarding rational and cost-effective medication use in the assigned area(s) of practice. An overarching requirement is the ongoing development and maintenance of Professional Interactive skills.

Under general supervision, is responsible for the efficient and accurate provision of pharmaceuticals, supplies, and drug information in accordance with established standards of practice. Duties may be performed in one or more areas of the Medical Center, including Patient Care Areas and the Pharmacy. Assumes responsibility for all drug distribution, clinical, educational, and research activities regarding rational and cost-effective medication use in the assigned area(s) of practice. An overarching requirement is the ongoing development and maintenance of Professional Interactive skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy. Enhanced knowledge and abilities can be acquired through post-degree coursework, residencies, and/or other professional experience.
- Current state licensure as a Pharmacist.
- 6 months of related experience required.
Salary Range: Minimum 54.59/hour - Maximum 90.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
