Sales Manager, Energy Storage Products (North America)


 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for market development and sales of energy storage products in North America, with customer groups including system integrators, equipment manufacturers, and battery companies.
  •  Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products (battery packs, and related structural components) and provide professional solutions to customers.
  • Track North American energy storage market policies, trends, and competitive landscape, and formulate and implement sales strategies.
  •  Manage the entire sales cycle: customer development → technical/commercial communication → quotation and bidding → contract signing → delivery and after-sales support.
  •  Achieve annual sales targets, establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and promote long-term cooperation.
    Collaborate across departments (product, R&D, supply chain, after-sales) to ensure successful project execution.


Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering or marketing;
  • 3-5+ years of B2B industrial sales experience, with preference for new energy, energy storage, battery, solar, or power electronics industries;
  • Familiar with the North American energy storage market ecosystem; customer resources are a strong plus;
  • Excellent English business communication, negotiation, and contract management skills;
  • Results-oriented, with proven ability to independently develop markets and achieve sales targets;
  • Willingness to travel frequently within North America;
  • Flexible, strong communicator, highly adaptable, and able to work under pressure.


 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale energy storage project bidding and implementation;
  • Familiarity with North American certifications and grid standards (e.g., UL, IEEE);
  • Prior experience in multinational companies or international business environments.
  • Location
    •  Based in the U.S. (customers primarily in California and Texas);
    • Remote work possible, with regular business travel for customer visits
