What you'll do:
- Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Partner with project managers and departments to gather and interpret financial information.
- Support project accounting, cost tracking, and performance analysis.
- Maintain and improve financial models, tools, and dashboards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial or ERP software preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Understanding of project-based or professional services financial environments.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
