The Digital Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for delivering optimal online user experience to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement. This position evaluates user habits and requirements to enhance online application, design, and development for purpose driven end results. The position will be responsible for applying interactive and visual design principles on websites and web applications for positive and cohesive user experience. By leveraging expertise in website design, frontend development, content creation, user experience, SEO, and Google tools, this position will ensure that our digital footprint aligns with the company’s goals and engages our audience effectively.

Essential Duties:                 

  • Frontend Development: Maintain and improve the website's frontend functionalities. Ensure responsive designs that work seamlessly across devices delivering best practices in online user experience, sales and customer service.
  • Design: Develop visually appealing layouts and designs that align with brand guidelines and promote engagement.
  • Content Creation and Management: Ensure that website content is updated regularly, is accurate, and resonates with the targeted audience.
  • Communicate requirements, objectives, and feedback clearly to ensure the alignment of external efforts with internal strategies.
  • Analyze and enhance the website's user journey to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to implement improvements based on user behavior and preferences.
  • Propose and execute strategies for simplifying navigation and improving accessibility.
  • Leverage Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and produce actionable insights for optimization.
  • Utilize Google Search Console to identify and resolve technical issues affecting website performance.
  • Integrate additional Google tools, such as Tag Manager and Ads, to ensure comprehensive tracking and marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Perform keyword analysis and optimize on-page and off-page elements to enhance visibility.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to implement cutting-edge practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment between SEO and content goals.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Based in Sioux Falls, SD
  • College degree and applicable experience required.
  • Experience in website management.
  • Proficiency in frontend development technologies.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and design tools.
  • Experience with Google tools, including Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and propose actionable strategies.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity to develop innovative solutions and improve user engagement.
