Big Thicket Vet is a full service, veterinary practice located in New Caney, TX. We are looking for a bright and reliable team member to join our practice full time! As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting veterinarians in delivering high-quality medical care.
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday 36-40 hours per week.
- Weekends Off!
About you:
- Commitment to patient care and customer service
- Experience with animal handling and restraint techniques.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and follow protocols.
- Strong understanding for responsibilities such as obtaining vitals, placing IV catheters, venipuncture, and administering medications.
- Familiarity with veterinary practice management software.
- Strong communication skills for client education and team collaboration.
