As a Mechanical Technical Manager, you will lead and oversee all technical operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement mechanical solutions. Your primary focus will be on delivering customized, high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.  

Your tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Perform the analysis of the specifications and the commercial proposals associated with the different customers.
  • Interpret project layout and specifications into final design layout and equipment data list.
  • Provide technical information to any department so entitled (i.e. mechanics, automation and software), allowing the development of engineering solutions that 
    respond to the needs and specificities demanded by customers.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, guidelines and regulations, promoting the quality levels of the systems.
  • Promote constant communication and articulation with the various speciality engineers.
  • Perform the articulation with the project manager, to guarantee the alignment and communication necessary to the development of the solutions.
  • Perform the compilation of the technical documentation of the product/solution, guaranteeing that it is available for internal consultation and for delivering to 
    customers. 
  • Promote and encourage the incorporation of new technological trends that optimize the operation of the area as well as more effective, efficient and profitable, 
    ensuring and improving the service provided to customers. 
  • Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods. 
  • Provide the necessary information for decision making processes, by preparing the reports for the management area (performance indicators).
  • Ensure compliance with the defined budget and continuously seek to boost profitability levels.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment and safety.
