The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in Manchester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our business running smoothly, supporting project delivery, resource management, systems administration, and reporting. You’ll bring structure, insight, and curiosity to everything you do, helping us continuously improve how we work.
We’re growing fast, and you’ll be instrumental in strengthening the operational backbone that supports our teams across the business. From optimising processes to maintaining data accuracy and system efficiency, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be working on
As an Operations Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across delivery, finance, and HR to ensure our core systems and processes run efficiently and effectively.
Manage and approve internal timesheets, ensuring accuracy and chasing missing submissions
Maintain work calendars, role changes, and user permissions
Support project setup and ensure project checklists are completed across the delivery lifecycle
Manage user lifecycle activities including new starters, leavers, and role changes
Oversee integrations between key business systems (e.g., HiBob, Salesforce, PSA, ERP, Jira)
Maintain and improve data accuracy across dashboards and reports
Support data audits, reporting templates, and Confluence documentation
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows and automation

Background in operational support, systems administration, or similar functions
Proficient experience using Salesforce
Confident analysing data, maintaining reporting accuracy, and managing multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with system integrations and data flows between business platforms
Proactive and adaptable, able to work both independently and collaboratively
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in a digital agency or software development environment
Working knowledge of project lifecycle processes or resource management
Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
