Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Spain / Barcelona

Körber - Sales & Operations Team

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiency, data-driven decision making, and strategic alignment across our global sales operations. You will analyze and optimize sales processes, provide actionable insights through data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.


  1. Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization

  • Analyze and streamline end-to-end sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across global operations

Data Management & Analysis

  • Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of sales data to generate business intelligence and actionable insights
  • Ensure Order Intake forecast for every segment and region

Market Intelligence (support)

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data to forecast sales, inform strategies, and identify new opportunities

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure data alignment and support shared business goals
  • Ensure Order Intake forecast for every segment and region

Strategic Support

  • Provide crucial business intelligence and strategic recommendations to sales leadership to support effective decision-making

  1. Required Skills & Experience

Analytical Skills

  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations

Technical Proficiency

  • Expertise with CRM tools, sales automation tools, and advanced data analysis in Excel/GSheets

Strategic Thinking

  • The ability to develop and implement sales strategies and drive operational excellence on a global scale

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communication skills to drive alignment between different departments and manage relationships with various stakeholders

Project Management

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Experience

  • First experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analysis, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing or global company
