This is a global-facing role focused on building the Manulife Wealth & Asset Management brand across key markets through strategic social media and SEO programs. You’ll lead paid and organic content strategies, optimize digital visibility using AI-powered search technologies, and empower employees to act as brand ambassadors. This role directly supports business growth by driving thought leadership, lead generation, and brand engagement. You’ll collaborate across marketing, communications, and digital teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global social media and SEO strategies aligned with business goals

  • Lead paid and organic content creation, campaign planning, and performance optimization

  • Implement AI-powered SEO techniques including GEO, AEO, and SGE

  • Manage employee advocacy programs to amplify brand messaging

  • Report on performance metrics and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within the investment or financial services industry

  • Proven experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite)

  • Strong understanding of SEO platforms and techniques

  • Experience in campaign optimization and performance reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in wealth and asset management marketing

  • Expertise in both B2B and D2C social media strategies

  • Familiarity with AI-powered search technologies (GEO, AEO, SGE)

  • Skilled in employee advocacy and community management

  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills

Salary range is expected to be between

$68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CAD
