  • Engage internal audiences by developing processes and programs that bring our people into the brand experience, working in partnership with labour relations, legal, people & culture and communications teams.
  • Lead integrated campaign development, including briefing internal and external partners, managing budgets and timelines, and overseeing production and delivery of assets.
  • Measure and optimize performance, using analytics and insights to inform campaign strategy and post-campaign reporting.
  • Support enterprise-wide brand initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and alignment across internal culture and communications.
  • Build strong partnerships across various Marketing, Commercial, Communications and People teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand work together.
