Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales appointments focused on annuities, life insurance, and retirement planning strategies
  • Partner with Medicare Sales Agents to identify and close advanced financial opportunities
  • Customize wealth-preserving and income-generating solutions for clients
  • Guide clients through the application and underwriting process with precision and compliance
  • Stay informed on carrier updates, products, and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage

Qualifications

  • Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License (Required)
  • Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 licenses (Preferred)
  • Proven success in life insurance, annuities, financial planning, or wealth management sales
  • Strong closer with a client-first, consultative approach
  • Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000
  • Uncapped performance-based bonuses
  • 401(k) with 3.5% company match after one year
