Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity available within our Pulmonary Rehab team located in Anderson, Indiana. The Ambulatory Registered Nurse functions as a member of the Cardiopulmonary Rehab team, conducting duties such as phone triage, scheduling appointments, cardiac and pulmonary monitoring, patient education, treatment plans, and other related tasks as needed.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
Two years or more of nursing experience is preferred.
Previous medical office/outpatient experience and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
