Full‑Time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ( 4 10's)

- Triage patients with minimal bedside responsibilities; provide clinical advice, follow-up, and coordination of care.
- Some travel between clinic locations may be required.
- Strong multitasking skills preferred; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

What We're Looking For:- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has beeninactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
- Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN license in appropriate state, required.
- ACLS, PALS, BAT and DOT, preferred.
Triage patients and provide clinical advice as needed
Communicate critical lab values promptly to providers and patients
Manage anticoagulation patients and coordinate ongoing care
Process controlled substance refills and other medication requests
Conduct nurse visits for injections and medication administration
Complete prior authorizations and prescription refills efficiently
