Assists co-workers with their assignments to complete work as a team.

Attends % scheduled staff meetings.

Attends in-services on new equipment and procedures.

Competent at troubleshooting the system when a problem is observed or reported.

Completes hours of educational credit or review and summarize article pertaining to ECG testing.

Completes billing before the shift ends and checks billing reports daily.

Completes cardiograms as ordered charts unconfirmed ECGs edits interpreted ECGs and charts confirmed ECGs.

Coordinates the notification of appropriate personnel for system outages and follows up to make sure corrective action is being taken.

Covers extra shifts when needed. Willingly works where needed.

Demonstrates knowledge of ECG equipment procedures and the Pyramis System.

Demonstrates the ability to handle difficult situations and difficult people with positive attitude.

Demonstrates use of appropriate patient safety measures in all clinical situations.

Identifies relevant facts problem situations and recommends changes to avoid poor outcomes.

Prompt in responding to nurses physicians and patient requests.

Recognized by others as actively assisting/teaching new policies related to job tasks and computer usage.

Suggest methods to promote a positive ECG image.

Welcomes change and progress in equipment/service that will enhance the services provided.

Work area is left neat and organized (e.g. floor/work tables are clean carts are returned to the department, left clean and restocked for the next shift supply levels maintained to meet workload demands etc.).

Works in a collaborative manner with personnel from other departments.

Required : High school graduate or equivalent.
