RN MAP Monitor
Job Summary
The RN MAP Monitor is responsible for providing MAP certification training to all residential staff. S/he will provide overall supervision of the medication rooms in both residential programs. S/he is responsible for all regulatory processes as they are related to medications, MAP and medication rooms.
The SHARP Residential Program is designed to support youth (ages 13-18) who identify with the LGBTQIA+ community. This specialty residential program supports youth who have experienced trauma, with moderate to severe mental health and behavioral health challenges and may be struggling with their personal identity.
The Cottage Residential program is an inclusive environment designed to support male clients (ages 6-13) regardless of how they identify, who have experienced trauma, with moderate to severe mental health and behavioral challenges.
Schedule:
Part Time: 25 hours a week
Monday through Friday
Qualifications
- Requires a current R.N. License by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and MAP certification.
- Requires relevant R.N. experience with children and families, knowledge of residential and/or school treatment nursing and experience working with children of diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Requires reliable transportation, as attendance at meetings and multiple sites will be mandated.
- Requires current valid driver's license.
- Requires On-Call availability.
