What You’ll Be Doing: You are primarily responsible for the clinical education and supervision of staffing working in the department. Your duties will include the orientation and training of nursing staff and the implementation and facilitation of development and education programs. You will manage the infection controls programs for the community.

About You: We are looking for driven and compassionate clinicians dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. In addition to your enthusiasm, we seek candidates with:

• LVN or RN license
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nursing, infection control, skilled nursing, home care management or related field is preferred.
• Strong preference for experience as a Director of Staff Development
• Valid CPR/AED certification

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some weekends; some flexibility with hours)

Wages:

• LVN: $94,000 - $107,000 annually, DOE
• RN: $104,000 - $120,000 annually, DOE
