Clinical Manager for Tower Health at Home

• Responsible for directing, coordinating, facilitating, monitoring and evaluating the delivery of quality patient care through supervision of clinicians.
• Holds clinicians accountable to productivity requirements and ensures accuracy and timeliness of documentation for reimbursement of clinical services.

Education Requirements

• 4-year bachelor's degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree. 
• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.

Certification and Licensure

• PA Registered Nurse License or PA Physical Therapy License
• BLS Certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire date
