We are a district that serves over 6,900 students and employs 750+ employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Wrestling Coach to lead and develop our STMA Community Education Wrestling program.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with other coaches to train young athletes of varying skill levels, developing effective practice plans, and instilling discipline and teamwork.  Strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for mentoring coaches and athletes are essential. Previous wrestling experience required. Previous coaching experience preferred. 

Age range: Kids aged 4 through Kindergarten.

Start Date: November 10, 2025

Contract: Seasonal
Schedule: Mondays, 6:00-7:00 PM, November 10th-December 15th

FTE: 0.025 (1 hour per week)

Salary & Benefits

Starting Rate: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

No benefit eligibility, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience participating in or instructing/coaching wrestling.

Must be 16+ years old
