We are hiring now for a Document Control Coordinator in Fremont, CA!

The Document Control Coordinator is responsible for documentation control for all customers.
Duties:
• Analyzing and modifying customer BOM’s/AVL’s
• Loading and structuring BOM’s/AVL’s into the MRP system
• Reviewing customer data packages to confirm completion.
• Processing customer ECO’s and updating internal systems
Education and Experience for the Document Control Coordinator:
• High school/G.E.D diploma
• Associates preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in similar occupation preferred.
• Electronics Manufacturing knowledge and understanding
• Must have strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Attention to details is a must
• Excel, Fusion (Aegis), AGILE, Factory Logix, Fourth Shift, Adobe Acrobat experience a plus.
