• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in sales and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:
