Your Role as a Parts Associate: As a Parts Associate, your day focuses on efficiently supporting internal and external customers with their parts needs. Your responsibilities include:

  • Working with internal and external customers to find the correct parts in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining stocking levels and researching parts pricing and labor estimates
  • Identifying new parts and part categories that need to be added to increase customer satisfaction levels
  • Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience with the parts department and store and following up with customers and technicians to ensure timely repair
  • Assisting in cycle counting of the physical inventory and ordering, receiving, pricing, and stocking parts in the service area
  • Creating service orders and distributing work orders to Service Technicians
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting suspicious activity
  • Completing related tasks as assigned

 

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service and communication skills (in-person, over the phone, and written)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Knowledge of tools and equipment

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk on a hard surface for the majority of your shift
  • Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shift


We’d Love if You Have

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Previous service writing experience
