Responsibilities:

The Property & Casualty Systems Leader is responsible for translating business needs into actionable system solutions that support scalable, consistent workflows across our Property & Casualty operations. This role serves as a critical connector between business leaders, field users, and technology teams, helping define, prioritize, and deliver enhancements within the AMS and adjacent tools (e.g., CRM, client portals, quoting systems).


This role focuses on ensuring that system capabilities align with evolving operational needs, driving efficiency and user satisfaction across the organization.

 

  • Manage the product implementation for AMS and integrated platforms, including intake, prioritization, and refinement of requests
  • Translate business requirements into user experience, acceptance criteria, and minimum viable product definitions in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Partner with internal and external teams (e.g., Field offices, Shared Services, IT, AMS vendor partners) to support delivery and testing of system enhancements and fixes
  • Support platform governance efforts to ensure changes align with enterprise standards and scalable practices
  • Work closely with business leaders to analyze existing workflows and identify improvement opportunities within the AMS
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation
  • Recommend solutions that enhance productivity and improve user experience while reducing manual effort or duplication
  • Act as the voice of the business in technical conversations and projects, ensuring user needs are represented and understood
  • Facilitate stakeholder input through field listening sessions, user group discussions, and feedback cycles
  • Collaborate with training, communications, and change management teams to support rollout and adoption of system updates
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to system usage, adoption, and user satisfaction; leverage findings to inform product decisions
  • Participate in UAT and pilot testing to ensure readiness of features and workflows
  • Partner with the AMS Training and Operations teams to support new user onboarding and continuous learning
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Insurance, or related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in insurance operations, technology, or systems enablement roles
  • Prior experience with an AMS platform (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, Benefit Point, Zywave) required; exposure to CRM or quoting systems a plus
  • Ability to translate business processes into clear system requirements and experiences
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on practical execution and user enablement
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Collaborative and approachable style, able to bridge gaps across teams
  • Ability to balance enterprise needs with local business context
  • Prior experience in a brokerage, MGA, or insurance consulting environment, preferred
  • Familiarity with system transformation, M&A integration, or enterprise system upgrades, preferred
  • Insurance operations background strongly preferred

Salary range is $125K to $175K per year.
