JOB TITLE: Client Service Associate

REPORTS TO: Lead Advisor 

 

EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/14/2025 

 

SUMMARY: This position supports the lead advisor with account management and client service needs. As a member of an advisory team, each member works together servicing clients. This will involve assistance in every aspect from introduction with a prospect to onboarding a client to servicing the continuous needs of those clients. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional client service through both in-person and phone interactions.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for client review meetings; assist with onboarding and new account setup.
  • Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to Financial Advisors and their clients.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Monitor and follow up on time-sensitive tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account records; support Financial Advisors with specialized projects.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Draft and format professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports promptly and accurately.
  • Support additional administrative tasks and projects as needed.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university.
  • A minimum of 3 year of relevant professional experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with AssetMark, eWealthmanager, and Advisor Managed Portfolios (AMP) is highly preferred. 
  • Preferred FINRA licenses Series 7 and 66.
  • Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and CRM software.
