As part of our Custom Shop team, the Quality Control Assistant helps ensure every order is accurate, well-crafted, and ready for our customers. This role focuses on inspecting finished products for quality, accuracy, and presentation, supporting a seamless production flow from start to shipment.
What You'll Do:
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and embellishment details across all Custom Shop orders.
Review work orders in Shopworks to confirm style, color, size, design, and quantity.
Perform visual inspections and finishing tasks such as steaming, trimming, measuring, folding, tagging, and packaging.
Identify and report defects, shortages, or equipment issues to the Quality Control Lead.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and production schedules to meet daily goals.
Record order status and completion updates in Shopworks.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in screen printing, embroidery, or apparel production preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Shopworks and Dynamics AX (ERP).
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
Basic math skills for production recordkeeping.
Reliable, organized, and collaborative with strong problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit; occasionally stand, walk, and reach.
Must occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to distinguish colors and fine details.
Work environment may be moderate to noisy.

Pay Range: $16.50-$19.00 per hour based on experience
