Position Summary
This position is responsible for social media oversight and marketing support within the in-house agency for Oxford Senior Living.
Essential Functions
Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Accelerate the growth and engagement of targeted social media audiences.
• Manage online reputation and monitor new and existing Company social media sites.
• Develop and oversee targeted recruitment campaigns for digital audiences.
• Develop new website content and ad copy.
• Identify new avenues for recruitment and collaborate with internal teams to execute recruitment campaigns.
Design and production
• Assist with reorders of existing marketing collateral for all Oxford communities.
• Provide design production support on new and existing projects as needed.
• Assist with creation of email marketing campaigns for internal and external audiences.
• Provide vendor relations with printers, sign companies, apparel providers, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
• Working knowledge of social media advertising and engagement metrics
• Experience using Microsoft Office software
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience writing content for publication
• Familiarity with Apple operating systems
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of printing procedures
• Experience with photography or video editing
