Position Overview:

Based out of Buford, GA and reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving business development efforts for our Commercial & Industrial HVAC division. This role involves identifying and securing new project opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and a proven track record in B2B sales within the mechanical contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial HVAC markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, facility managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and present HVAC solutions that meet client needs and budgets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activity, and competitor offerings to inform strategic planning.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote ENTEK Solutions' services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Provide mentorship to junior sales team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, or related construction services.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air handlers, chillers, rooftop units, VRF/VRV systems, and building automation controls.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with commercial general contractors or in the design-build environment.
  • Professional network within the construction, real estate development, or facilities management industries.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating software and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Technical certifications (e.g., LEED AP, ASHRAE membership) are a plus.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus structure. Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Physical Demands  
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  
This position is a largely a physically active role. Field technicians will regularly push and pull heavy loads, climb, crouch, and maneuver around obstacles to gain position in order to service HVAC equipment.  

Work Environment  
This job operates in a field environment. Must be able to withstand wide temperature variations as a portion of the work is outside.  Equipment inside is often located in very neglected areas that don’t see routine housekeeping so the areas can be soiled and or greasy.
