SUMMARY: The Accounts Receivable Specialist II is responsible for the daily processing of bank deposits and outstanding account payments timely and accurately
DUTIES:
- Prepares daily bank deposits; reviews for accuracy
- Applies payments to outstanding invoices daily
- Monitors and maintains accounts receivable aging; escalate past due accounts to account manager for follow up on collection; assist with additional correspondence and collection calls as directed.
- Assist Data Entry Specialist to meet daily deadlines; Serve as back up support for Data Entry Specialist for accounts Receivable entries
- Performs additional duties as assigned and required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position has no supervisor responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, or Finance or related field.
- High School Diploma with 3 years of accounts receivable experience, in lieu of associates degree and corresponding experience
- 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes and Enterprise One accounting software package

- Continually required to sit, talk or hear and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
