  • Field Operations & Remote Team Management: Lead and manage a remote team of field installers across the U.S. You will oversee all scheduling, logistics, and on-site hardware installation while serving as the team's primary point of contact for support and issue resolution. This role is responsible for ensuring project quality and timelines are met through remote tracking while fostering a strong, accountable team culture from a distance.
