Job Title: Evening Engineering Supervisor
Department: Engineering
Reports to: Engineering Director
Responsible for general maintenance and/or minor repairs for the resort while maintaining a clean, and sanitary environment for Guests and Employees.

- Ensure all buildings have adequate heat, lighting, and ventilation systems that are properly cleaned and in good working condition.
- Monitor and recommend maintenance needs for wells and potable water systems.
- Recommend repairs and improvements to buildings and equipment.
- Inspect buildings and grounds regularly and keep resort signage in good order.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Perform and oversee a small team handling general repairs such as painting, patching, hanging shelves, and landscaping according to the work schedule.
- Assist departments with office equipment and furniture moves.
- Support the Director of Engineering with maintenance functions as needed.
Is this the job for me:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems required.
- Able to work well with others is required.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Current, valid driver’s license required.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety rules, and regulations preferred.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus.
- Ability to use ladders, lifts, and access confined spaces.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Fine motor skills for handling small parts and tools.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to operate equipment, tools, and machinery safely.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (snow, cold, wind, rain, heat).
- Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noise, fumes, dust, and chemicals.
- Ability to work long or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
