Position Overview
As the Executive Leader of Revenue Optimization and Sales Operations, you will lead a diverse, global team responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) strategy, planning, and territory design. You will spearhead the modernization of pricing, quoting, and billing systems, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives. Embedded within Commercial Operations, this role also oversees a dedicated capability focused on process monitoring, measurement, and continuous improvement.
You will be instrumental in enabling sales productivity, optimizing coverage models, and ensuring that systems, processes, and data are seamlessly integrated to support scalable and profitable growth.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the global commercial operations strategy delivering outstanding lead to cash capabilities supporting sales, marketing, pricing, contract management, and customer engagement initiatives
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining commercial processes, optimizing deal cycle times, and enhancing governance and compliance frameworks
- Partner closely with executive leadership, product development, finance, legal, and regional sales teams to ensure alignment of commercial objectives with overall business goals
- Oversee sales operations functions including CRM management, sales analytics, forecasting, incentive compensation, and territory planning
- Lead pricing operations and deal desk teams to enable competitive, profitable, and compliant contract and pricing solutions tailored for banking and retail equipment markets
- Champion the integration of technology and automation tools to improve commercial data insights, reporting accuracy, and operational scalability
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing commercial operations organization capable of supporting global growth and complex, multi-market challenges
- Monitor key commercial metrics, deliver insights to executive leadership, and recommend actionable strategies to drive revenue expansion and margin improvement
- Ensure seamless customer experience by collaborating on order fulfillment, service delivery, and contract performance management
- Navigate regulatory and industry-specific compliance requirements impacting commercial activities across different geographies
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or Technology industries and familiarity with Banking and Retail industries
- Proven strategic thinking, operational planning, and execution skills with a global business perspective
- Advanced analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex global market and operational data for strategic decision-making
- Strong leadership skills, adept at developing and motivating high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong written and verbal communication, skilled stakeholder engagement, and ability to convey cross-cultural collaboration capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence, financial management, and strategic commercial execution
- Experience navigating regulatory environments and ensuring compliance in commercial dealings is highly desirable
- Fluency in English

- Results-oriented and data-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Agile and adaptable leader comfortable driving change in fast-paced, evolving markets
- Strong customer focus and ability to balance commercial priorities with operational excellence
- Fluency in additional languages
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), CPQ, ERP, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
