Hospice C.N.A’s are not only one of the most important roles in the frontline employees but you are closest  to the patients and have the time to build great rapport with your patients one at a time: Are you called to serve? We are looking for C.N.A’s that will gently guide with love and compassion through our  patients difficult time. Our goal at Faith Hospice is to meet our patients needs and to promote comfort for them during this time. Trillium Woods is a beautiful 20 bed in-patient Hospice Campus located in Bryon Center.

Hourly wage starts at $16.62 per hour ( based on years of experience)

$2.00 per hour for Hazard pay 

Premium pay when picking up a shift

Qualifications for the Hospice Nurse’s Aide include:

One year experience in hospice, long term care, or home care; preferred

Being a Certified Home Health or Nurse’s Aide (CNA) in the State of Michigan.
